紐約牛排佐紅酒醬 New York Steak with Red Wine Sauce

材料 Ingredients
紐約牛排 New York Steak 2 塊 ea
紅酒醬 Red wine sauce 1 份 portion
蜂蜜胡蘿蔔 Honey Glazed Carrots 適量 proper amount
香蒜馬鈴薯泥 Roasted Garlic Mashed Potatoes 適量 proper amount
烤蘆筍 Grilled Asparagus 適量 proper amount
紐約牛排佐醬紅酒圖片


做法﹕
1.準備紅酒醬。
2.當紅酒醬在燜煮時,依照煎牛排 做法將牛排煎到你喜歡的熟度。
3.當牛排煎好覆蓋錫箔休息時,完成紅酒醬。
4.裝盤時先放適量紅酒醬,上放牛排,旁側再加上馬鈴薯泥,烤蘆筍和蜂蜜紅蘿蔔。



PROCEDURE:
1.Prepare the Red Wine Sauce.
2.While the Red Wine Sauce is simmering, follow the instruction in Pan-Seared Steak to cook the steak to the desired doneness.
3.While the steak is covered with a piece of foil and resting, finish the Red Wine Sauce.
4.Place proper amount of the Red Wine Sauce on a plate, and the stake on top of the sauce. Set the mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and honey glazed carrots on the side.
